It was a true spa experience with scalp massage and hot towels. They have complimentary snacks and drinks for clients to enjoy. I cannot say enough good things about Prism! They also carry multiple hair care lines including my favorite, Unite. Another added bonus is the location and ample parking lot! If you are looking for a salon stop looking and run to Prism!”

“After YEARS of searching for someone who could style/manage my fine curly hair, I finally found the best curl stylist right here in Richmond! If you’re looking for a professional curly cut, I highly recommend Christa! I will literally never go to anyone else for a curl cut as long as she’s in business.

I also highly recommend the salon owner, Brittany, for coloring. I have had the worst luck when it comes to coloring my hair. Brittany was very attentive to my thoughts & ideas, as well as provided her own, and answered all of my questions when it came to SAFELY and EFFECTIVELY coloring my curls. The outcome was beautiful and beyond my expectation!

“I’ve been coming to PRISM for several years now at both locations and I have nothing but positive things to say. I always leave feeling fabulous and absolutely love all of the colors and cuts I’ve had over the years (I’ve had a lot - from brunette to blonde!) Brittany is a very talented stylist and takes sincere pride in her work and genuinely cares for her staff. The stylists at BOTH locations are fantastic, kind, and professional. Special shoutout to Alex as I’ve watched her grow through her apprenticeship to a full time stylist and she is also incredibly talented. “I am in love with this salon 🥹 Although the location is not necessarily close to my home, I discovered Drew via his amazing work on Instagram. Specializing in reds & in need of a new colorist, I made an appointment a week before my birthday!😬 I was so happy with the results and was so comfortable throughout the entire process. We made a follow up appt 10 weeks later, which was yesterday and I am in loveee with my hair. The dimension & attention to detail is perfect. I believe I have found my new stylist 🤙🏼 Drew is very intelligent, informative and has a lovely & bubbly personality.
